    “I hired Dr. Lindsey postpartum from my second child and trying to get pregnant with our 3rd. I was having pain in my pelvic floor and lower back and with some form correction and targeted exercises, within 3 months I was moving without pain!! She also educated me on a lot of nutritional knowledge and suggested some changes in my diet which I believe significantly influenced our ability to get pregnant with out 3rd.
